Crop and resize your signature for any government form
Most Indian government forms ask for a signature at exactly 3 × 1 cm or 6 × 2 cm at 200 DPI. Banks often want it at 50-80 KB max. Passport Seva insists on a transparent or pure-white background with strong contrast. Sign on plain white paper with a black gel pen, photograph it well-lit, drop the photo here, and we'll handle the rest: auto-cropping to remove white margins, boosting black-on-white contrast, removing background noise, and outputting either JPEG (with white fill) or PNG (with transparency). The transparent PNG is what you want for embedding into a digital form; the JPEG works for upload portals that reject PNG.
