User Agreement
This agreement outlines the responsibilities and obligations between UID Infotech and its registered users, clients, and subscribers.
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
3. Data & Privacy
We collect only the data required to deliver our services. Refer to our privacy practices for full details. We never sell your data.
4. Service Levels
Subscribed clients (e.g., UID Care) receive priority response per the plan benefits. Best-effort response applies to pay-as-you-go clients.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Outstanding dues become payable immediately upon termination.
